Oversees daily operations of the salad bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination, and adherence to food safety standards. Manages staff scheduling and training, monitors inventory and supplier relations, and drives sales through menu optimization and customer engagement initiatives, all while maintaining a fresh, healthy, and welcoming dining environment
3–5 years’ restaurant/café management experience (healthy dining preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
• Knowledge of daily operations, inventory, and vendor management
• Understanding of FSSAI and food safety standards
• Ability to manage budgets and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
