• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee station

• Train junior baristas and service staff
• Monitor drink prep times (target: under 4 minutes during rush)
• Maintain calm and structured workflow during peak hours
• Support front-of-house during busy periods
📦 Inventory & Cost Control
• Track daily milk, beans, and syrup usage
• Reduce wastage (target under 5%)
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate reorders
• Ensure no over-portioning
⭐ Customer Experience
• Engage warmly with customers
• Handle complaints professionally
• Upsell beverages and add-ons when appropriate
• 1–3 years experience as a barista (lead experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction & milk texturing
• Basic understanding of inventory management
