Assist in preparation of South Indian dishes (idli, dosa, sambar, chutneys, etc.)
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Support senior chefs in daily operations
Ensure food quality and consistency
Handle basic cutting, prepping, and cooking tasks
Basic experience in South Indian kitchen
Knowledge of tawa/dosa section preferred
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Team player with good hygiene practices
