• Responsible for daily assigned tasks within the hotel
• Perform daily checks around the hotel
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
• Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise
• Assist in implementation of any emergency programs
• Assist in developing, implementing and managing energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses
• Perform special tasks and other responsibilities as assigned
• Responsible for the health and safety of the hotel
• Graduate or diploma in Engineering.
• Smart and energetic candidate.
• Ability to perform any of the job functions on the production floor.
• Knowledge of project management and repair work.
• Using different MEP and HVAC equipment
