Matcha beverages
Momos
Dosa
Sushi
Fries, Wraps & Snacks
Salads
Mocktails & Shakes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Develop new recipes and suggest innovative menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Coordinate with management for menu planning and inventory.
