About Fresh Pressery
Fresh Pressery is a modern healthy café serving wholesome meals, specialty coffee, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and guilt-free desserts. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Serve food and beverages according to Fresh Pressery's service standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and tables.
5. Clear and reset tables promptly.
6. Assist in opening and closing duties.
7. Ensure food is presented professionally before serving.
8. Maintain knowledge of the menu and recommend dishes, beverages, and desserts.
9. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
10. Handle guest queries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
11. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
12. Assist with stock replenishment and daily operational tasks.
Requirements
1. 1-5 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment (Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Passion for hospitality and customer service.
4. Well-groomed, punctual, and professional.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
7. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
1. Basic knowledge of café operations.
2. Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
3. Ability to upsell menu items.
4. Good English communication skills (Kannada and Hindi are an added advantage).
