JOB DESCRIPTION
● Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
● Implement and uphold operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
● Lead, train, and motivate department managers and team members.
● Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure operational efficiency.
● Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for service enhancement.
● Ensure guest satisfaction and address escalated issues or complaints

PROFILE
● Experience: Min 2- 4 years. Freshers welcome.
● Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.
● Skills: Keen eye for detail. Physical stamina and ability to work efficiently. Knowledge of
housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques. Excellent Communication skills.
● Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
