• Checking the flower arrangement and putting fresh flowers in the vases.
• Collecting the comment cards and hand over to the manager
• Checking the booking for the day.
• Allotting the tables according to the booking.
• Putting the reservation tag with the name of the guest.
• Giving brief ideas about the ongoing events in the restaurant.
• Welcoming the guest & checking for the booking status.
• Noting down the guests name & contact no.
• Asking for the number of people & table preference.
• Taking the guest to the appropriate table.
• Informing the host about the guest’s names or special request if any.
• Attending telephone calls and answers / coordinate for all home deliveries/ reservations.
• Making Host Feedback report.
