We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bar operations, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee bar operations, including inventory, stock control, and ordering supplies. Train, supervise, and manage bartenders and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, promotions, and events. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints efficiently. Monitor bar expenses and maintain budgetary controls to maximize profitability. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements related to alcohol service are met. Manage cash handling and POS system transactions accurately. Foster a positive work environment and team collaboration.
Requirements: Experience: 4-5 years in bar management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage staff effectively. Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and compliance.
