About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations of our resto-bar. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance are maintained across guest areas, restrooms, staff zones, and the back-of-house.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise all housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules.
* Ensure timely and thorough cleaning of dining areas, bar counters, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and outdoor seating (if applicable).
* Maintain hygiene standards as per FSSAI and health & safety regulations.
* Conduct daily walk-throughs to inspect cleanliness and upkeep.
* Monitor housekeeping inventory (cleaning supplies, equipment, etc.) and place restocking requests.
* Train and brief housekeeping staff on service standards, safety protocols, and daily responsibilities.
* Liaise with maintenance for any repairs needed in public or service areas.
* Handle guest or staff complaints related to hygiene or cleanliness promptly.
* Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and supply usage.

* Familiarity with hygiene standards in hospitality (FSSAI, local health regulations).
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Basic proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi for effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in housekeeping, hospitality management, or facility services is a plus.
* Experience in a resto-bar, café, or QSR environment.
