Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
Ensure timely disposal of waste and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Receive, unpack, and store deliveries of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Label and store ingredients properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
Assist in organizing inventory and reporting shortages or damages to the supervisor.
Support smooth operations during peak hours by performing general kitchen duties as needed.
Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines as per company and FSSAI standards.

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in a kitchen or food handling environment preferred.
Experience in a Cloud Kitchen, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or food delivery brand is an added advantage.
