We are seeking a friendly, well-groomed, and outgoing Hostess to join our restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. The Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service representative is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using reservation and POS systems (training will be provided if needed).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
