The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas daily.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Replenish minibar, room supplies, and toiletries as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Ensure guest belongings are respected and rooms are handled with care.
Follow hotel policies on lost and found items.
Comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Assist with laundry services if required.
Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
