Staff Management:
Assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Ensuring all areas, including public spaces and back-of-house areas, are cleaned and maintained to established standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring and maintaining the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Guest Relations:
Addressing guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing cleaning procedures.
Quality Control:
Conducting regular inspections to ensure standards are met and providing feedback to staff.
Coordination:
Collaborating with other departments, such as the front desk or maintenance, to address guest needs and resolve issues.
Training:
Training new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining records related to staff performance, inventory, and other relevant data.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month + Incentive + Cash Tips
