Supervise, train, and mentor bar staff (bartenders, barbacks)
Oversee daily opening/closing procedures
Monitor pour costs, waste, and portion control
Develop and update cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and drink pricing
3+ years of bartending experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
