Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when needed
Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, specials, and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen/bar staff
Set up and clear tables before and after service
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations
Ensure proper table settings (cutlery, glassware, linens) per venue standards
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred (not always required for entry-level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
