Position Overview:
As a Team Member in our QSR, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This involves preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and courteously.
Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Food Preparation & Service:
Prepare menu items following company recipes, portioning, and quality standards.
Assemble and serve orders promptly to meet service timelines.
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining, preparation, and storage spaces.
Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols strictly.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals during peak hours.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to food safety guidelines and workplace safety protocols.
Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in food service or retail (an advantage but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift and move up to [weight limit, e.g., 25-50 pounds].
Manual dexterity for handling food preparation equipment and packaging.
