We are seeking a courteous, well-groomed, and guest-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to join our team. The GRE plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by offering a warm welcome, assisting with special requests, resolving issues, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects traditional Indian hospitality values.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
Address guest needs, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
Maintain a log of VIP guests, special occasions, and repeat visitors.
Support the front desk during busy hours and assist with administrative tasks.
Handle guest feedback and escalate unresolved concerns to senior management.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and suggest improvements where needed.
Assist in planning and executing guest amenities, welcome letters, and personalized experiences.
Maintain a neat appearance and follow grooming standards.
