We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Senior Captain to lead our restaurant floor operations and ensure an outstanding guest dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of food & beverage service, team supervision, and guest handling, with a strong understanding of Indian dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
ey Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day restaurant or outlet operations during shift.
Welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and correct order execution.
Train, guide, and support junior captains, stewards, and service associates.
Ensure mise-en-place, cleanliness, and setup of dining areas as per SOPs.
Handle guest complaints or concerns tactfully and escalate when needed.
Monitor guest preferences and feedback to enhance repeat business.
Assist in planning and execution of private dining events, banquets, or special functions.
Conduct shift briefings, maintain service checklists, and ensure adherence to hygiene (FSSAI) and safety standards.
