We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team and elevate the bar experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a flair for mixology, deep knowledge of Indian and international beverages, and a strong focus on customer service, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service, in line with Indian laws and hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Recommend cocktails and beverages to guests based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area as per FSSAI and local health regulations.
Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state excise laws.
Engage guests with a warm and welcoming attitude; build rapport to enhance the guest experience.
Handle cash, POS systems, and maintain inventory records accurately.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow safety and sanitation policies during beverage preparation and service.
Participate in regular bar training and tasting sessions.
