Manage table reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback with promptness and empathy.
Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain guest records and preferences to personalize future visits.
Promote loyalty programs, specials, and events.
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with phone and online inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Proven experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles in the hospitality industry (preferably in premium or fine dining setups).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, warm, and welcoming personality.
Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of reservation software is an advantage.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
