Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
Support the team in table settings, refilling water, clearing used dishes, and resetting tables.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth and timely service.
Prior experience in a service role in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
