Greet and welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure prompt service.
Coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Train and mentor junior staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the dining area at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality service.
Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest feedback.
Maintain inventory of service-related items and request replenishment as needed.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to guest service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.
Well-groomed with a pleasing personality.
Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
