Supervise and guide stewards and service associates during operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service during all shifts.
Greet and interact with guests, take feedback, and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly.
Take and serve orders when necessary; ensure accurate billing and smooth table turnover.
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
Train and mentor junior team members in service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Maintain grooming standards, team discipline, and service SOPs.
Support inventory checks and requisitions for service tools and materials.
Manage floor setup, table settings, and cleanliness.
Upsell menu items and promote specials, events, and offerings.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role in a premium/fine-dine restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on knowledge of restaurant operations and service protocols.
Guest-oriented approach with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems and order management.
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
